Engagements

Loan Analytics produces third-party feasibility studies that lenders and investors rely on to size risk before capital is committed. The engagements below are organized by asset class. Each entry is a representative brief: a concise account of the market condition a study had to resolve, the analytical question that governed the credit decision, the hard data points that framed it, and how the resolution was reached.

These briefs are drawn from the same evidentiary discipline that governs the firm's full studies. Market conditions are stated at the level of verifiable public data. The underwriting logic reflects the standards that SBA, USDA, HUD, and conventional lenders apply at loan review. The intent is to show how a feasibility question is actually framed and answered, not to summarize a template.
